Added:

#2:tell/notify, #2:@history

Notes:

A sort of history thing for me for when my computer crashes or when I've missed something. properties needed are #2.history and #2.history_length. It adds to history keeping history not beyond history length.

@history by itself spits out all history. @history 10 will spit out the last 10 lines of my history.

Maybe something useful to add to the ruling class on this moo. Filters are needed though for intermoo and channels and wizinfos I think.
