Web client: MOO music plays with no setup

The web client now plays music from the MOO without any setup. MIDI is on by default, and the first time something in the MOO plays a note the client connects an output by itself: the output you chose last time if it is still there, otherwise its own synthesizer. If you disconnect the output yourself, it stays disconnected.
The client's own synthesizer now uses the MuseScore General instrument set, which downloads in the background the first time it is needed; the built-in synth plays until it arrives. Preferences, MIDI still lets you choose another output or turn MIDI off, and links the sound set's credits.
The MOO now sends a whole tune, or a whole bar of a band, in one message instead of one message per note, so the notes keep their timing when the server is busy. MIDI is only in the web client; other clients get the text.
