Deleting your mail works again

@rmmail failed with an error instead of deleting anything, from at least late September until today. It works again: @rmmail 1 deletes your first message.
The same fault stopped other commands that print progress notes during a long job, including @kill, @measure, @dbinfo and @listgag. That fault is fixed for them too.
