Runtime201ff37 and separate writer4858a364bad814fdb7c8a98fbe0ba2c3b818f2ae are committed in a clean isolated worktree. Updated recycled-waif-slot-pr.md around both confirmed bugs and added recycled-waif-slot-deploy.md with current live binary, coherent checkpoint/load and control-group restart boundary. Root/worker/reviewer notes reflect actual evidence and remaining editor/fixture gates. Publication, normal merge, host build and restart remain pending.
