Beer, wine and smoking now apply effects from the amount actually consumed, including herb drying strength.

Labelled cocaine, cannabis, LSD, MDMA, ibuprofen, pepper spice, analgesic cartridges and restorative potions support their appropriate intake routes.

Reusable syringes and needleless hyposprays load actual cartridges. Consent controls administration to other people; needle marks accumulate with repeated injections.

Pain relief changes what you feel without repairing the injury. Restorative potions repair damage; perception and movement effects reach existing skills and worn equipment

A Tegrity sample case is available on the Bonaventure Bridge, and the existing medical hypospray kit contains real supplies. Use sensations to check felt pain, perception and active effects.
