Mom's oops fudge

24 ounces semisweet chocolate morcels
1 12 oz. bag white chocolate chips
2 14 oz. cans sweet and condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 dashes of salt
3 tsp vanilla

Over low heat, melt chocolate and milk until completely smooth.  Remove
 from heat.  Quickly stir in salt and vanilla.  Spread in a 13 inch
 foil or wax paper lined pan.  Chill 2-3 hours.  Remove foil or paper
 and cut.
